“I called this company and spoke to receptionist who was so nice and kind! She got me over to Nate who responded quickly to my situation which w had given me so much stress because I’m widowed, didn’t know which way to go for something I could afford. Nate gave me a bid that was reasonable because I thought I had to replace 2 water lines. It turned out that I only had to replace 1. My city helped me out by moving my lines onto my property which were slightly on a very unkind persons yard. I have lived here over 50 years and I own a driveway which is very long to get to my home from the stops. J C Dillons company was incredibly great about my whole situation. I can’t say enough good about the way they handled everything. I would give them ten stars. They have to be the very best company in the central Illinois area. I stressed over this for months until I found them. I could not find anything I could afford from any other company. I got many bids and felt so disheartened. They listened to me heard my situation, they were sympathetic, kind very professional in everything they did. The whole process was streamlined, great employees, equipment and owners.
