We have been using Y-Tech for about 5 years! They provide wonderful annual maintenance on our home and they've been great to work with! We have also used them to install programmable thermostats and a new AC unit when it finally went out. They have always been responsive whenever we have had any issues. They're 10/10 and cannot wait to see them at our fall maintenance check!!
Had a boiler replaced and piping retrofitted in a 1920’s home with YTech. The price was competitive, the workers were knowledgeable and polite, and the work was done on time. I really couldn’t ask for much else, I highly recommend Kevin and the YTech team.
It just so happened when it was -5° in Chicago. My heating system was only blowing cold air. I called them at 4 PM they were due to close at 4:30. They were very nice and polite on the phone they wanted to get in contact with their technician. He was at my house by 5 PM polite, professional, respectful of the property. thank you so much for the quick and efficient service and what I considered a fair price.
