2950 W Chicago Ave, Chicago“I’ve been going to Shirley for so many years I honestly can’t remember. I remember going to support her when she was in school and immediately knew she had what it took.
When I opened up my own space I knew the one I wanted to share it with was her. I took the chance and asked her and she took the leap. 4 years later she was able to open her own beautiful space!!!! Supporting growth is everything! I’m really proud of her.
Now anytime I see her she knows what to do. She helps me understand why I may be feeling a certain way. Why certain gym shoes are important and how breath work can change everything.
I’ve seen her really help people over the years-I’ve seen her help people get rid of all types of pains and problems. Her spirit is always welcoming and ready to engage and help you feel great.
Take this as your sign!“
“Love this studio! It's clean and nice and their water bottle filling machine has the best water! They have cold scented towels and just create an amazing experience. The staff are very friendly. I love hot yoga here, but their six styles of yoga give something for everyone (from beginners to people who want a full workout!)“
“I absolutely love Barre3. I rarely stick with a fitness studio but they make it very hard to not want to return. Great prices, instructors, and work outs that have you leaving feeling proud of yourself. it’s like yoga and weights combined and i’m all about it. 10/10“

“Can't say enough about this incredible gym. Starting with the owner, Antonio, and to all of the instructors, they are all amazing and are there to help meet you where you're at in your fitness journey and help get you where you want to be. Every piece of equipment you could ask for and a welcoming space. The plant life brings an extra level of energy every time you walk in the door! Can't recommend this gym enough!“

833 W Chicago Ave #600, Chicago“I've been attending Pure Pilates for about two years, and it's been an amazing experience! The instructors are all very knowledgeable and emphasize proper form to keep you safe and healthy. Their Pilates method has helped me recover from a back injury that used to cause constant pain. They have a good mix of mat classes and tower classes, and you can do private or duet reformer lessons as well. I was even able to book a private group class for my friend group! Highly recommend trying Pure Pilates out.“

The studio is very clean and very well run – even has ponytail holders and toiletries in the bathroom! Stephanie is a wonderful manager and always helpful if I have any questions. The instructors are super kind and very funny :)
Highly recommended!“

I have struggled with chronic pain and alignment issues for years and been to countless therapists, doctors and instructors. Leah is the first person who has truly given me hope and for the first time I feel I have made real progress. She is so thoughtful and truly cares about helping her clients and their individual needs. Best Pilates studio I’ve ever been to and I highly recommend coming in!!“

“Took advantage of the first time special.
“Full Body Reform” is a higher paced class than I expected, I’d consider difficulty 2/3 out of 5. If you’re new to Pilates I’d suggest a private first.
I’ll try to return. The biggest hurdle is having to book months in advance.“
6AM - 8:30PM
664 W Hubbard St, Chicago“Cue Pilates has changed my life. I’ve been training with Tania for four years consistently. She is a classical Pilates instructor who teaches in a way that is easy to understand yet challenging to your physical needs. All of the instructors are amazing to work with.I have accrued multiple, painful issues in my low back, neck and shoulders. Sports injuries, multiple pregnancies and just daily wear and tear. After my last child was born I could not take the chronic pain so I sought back into Pilates, which is where I luckily found Tania. Here I am, four years later, pain free and in the best physical health I could imagine- and I’m still strengthening and learning with each class every week at Cue.If you’re looking to change your routine or start one, check out Cue Pilates. Convenient times and locations. You will not regret.“
5AM - 10PM
939 W North Ave suite 300, Chicago“Best gym ever! I went here for 2.5 years and loved it every time I set foot in here. With Ramie, Bob, and Michael running the place you’ll always be greeted with a friendly smile. The gym has great energy but isn’t overly busy. Great equipment and the group classes are awesome. Highly recommend this gym to anyone in Chicago.“

100 S Morgan St, Chicago“I have been emailing to ask for cancellation, but no one responded to me. The staff is very nice but if it requires multiple emails to cancel the membership, I am not sure if this is the best customer services.
Update the review : it looks like the email was in the spam folder. I changed the rating to four as I appreciate the staff. However, their cancellation policy is not flexible. Having to email for customer service is also frustrating.“

If you are looking for Pilates reformer or gyro-tonic machine or private red cord, strength training or private Pilates lessons, this is the place to go. Every trainer has over 10-20 years experience. Thoughtful and intelligent“

70 N Northwest Hwy, Park Ridge“I've been going to the Club pilates in Park Ridge for a few years. I've taken classes with a few different instructors.
Agnes is the best. I think Lizzie needs to find a new career. She's a good instructor but not patient with clients. I go here to decompress not get more stressed.“
5AM - 9PM
463 W Chicago Ave, Chicago“The workout is fantastic! I was sore for 3 days in the best way possible. Emily is a gem! They are also serious about the 10 minute before door code. However, I am not pretty, rich or skinny enough to go to this location. It was super intimidating and I'll be heading to other Chicago locations for future workouts.“

“YogaSix in Oak Park is a great studio. Very clean with lockers and storage cubbies up front. Their shared equipment is new and clean. I did the couples experience with Rob and Tasha and it was fantastic. They made it very enjoyable and welcoming for beginners like me. Overall I would definitely come back to take some more classes here.“
