“Best place ever!! I broke my screen the day right before I had to leave for a trip. It was an emergency! I went to so many places by me and no one could fix it fast, they said it would take them upto 2 to 3 days! Crazy! Then I went to Leos as my last hope and tell you not I wanted to cry in the spot from how happy I was! He told me it would be the next day but knowing my situation Leos and his daughter (amazing translator) went out of their way to drive 2 hours that same day to get the screen. “I highly recommend Mark Lebowitz for computer needs. His knowledge and professionalism gave me confidence that he could help me resolve my laptop's problem. Microsoft had completed an overnight update which changed my login screen. Without knowledge of required pin and password I was stuck and ended in a BitLocker nightmare. After several attempts, I was not able to log into Microsoft even with their recovery method. Mark suggested that we reload Windows 11 and I decided that was the best thing to do. Mark worked quickly and set up my laptop so this should not happen again.
