“I brought my 18 year old Epson Printer in today. This is a 6 cartridge photo printer that prints amazing colors. I figured it must be the printer head finally going causing all of the black streaks across the prints. Turns out the printer had become clogged with hair (Mine!)! And the hair was being dragged across the print. They cleaned it out and it works great now. This is the second time in 2 years that they have saved my printer. Thank you so much.
