I took in a computer tower that wouldn't boot. Shariff did diagnostic work right in front of me and both showed me the results and explained exactly what was wrong. He price matched with local retailers, replaced the faulty parts in an afternoon and my computer was ready before 5! Shariff even explained how to better maintain my computer. All of their staff were fast, friendly, and unbelievably helpful. I will be coming back with any future computer needs!
I had completely messed up my operating system....long story how, but I was freaked out. I took my LG gram there. They saved my docs, restored my operating system and got me back functioning. I LOVE them.
Super knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I went in looking for a type of laptop that isn't generally in production anymore (on the small side, reliable, durable, and affordable, primarily meant to be used as word processor, but it would be nice if it could handle some basic tasks). I got exactly what I needed at exactly the price point I was looking for. Can't believe how easy it was, I wish I had found this place years ago.
