We couldn't be happier with TeamLogic. They are professional and responsive and do an amazing job of explaining what we need with just the right amount of technical language to get the job done. We use them for cybersecurity, hardware upgrades, and an annual review of our strengths and weaknesses.
I could not be happier with our IT services from the TeamLogic IT group in Niles, IL. We've set up contract services with them and they are on top of our concerns and problems in no time. Mayank Patel and his team are so quick in taking care of our requests, it's like having in-house IT professionals. They are also super proactive in keeping us ahead of the curve in all things IT (security, updated software and hardware, cloud computing, etc.). They know computers! I had another place look at my laptop, but they were unable to fix the issue. Mayank, from Team Logic, took a look and was not only able to fix, but got it running like new. I am very happy with their service. Professional, honest, and they really know their business. I highly recommend!
