MXO is the tech support team for my employer. We are always in the field and when our devices have issues it can be extremely inconvenient. Most of the time I get a fix to my issues in real time on the spot. On the rare occasion that doesn't happen I get a call back in a very timely fashion. This includes evenings weekends and holidays. One can't ask for more than that.
MXO/Ntiva has been our go-to for many Microsoft 365 implementation projects, security, business continuity, graphics, and web design. Joanna's team has been a boon to us as we undertake various modernization projects.
Great responsive team that always helps get the bottom of any tech issues. They are also very kind which matters to our values at Agency H5! Highly recommend after working with them for many years. A true partner!
