I always have them sew on a small star on to my black belt on a space that is less than an inch thick, and I have to get 7 stars in the one little space. They are always are able sew it into in the exact place I asked them to and it stays on through kicks, punches, running and so much more. Very sweet people as well. Highly recommend.“

“Contacted Jouhaina to have a dress hemmed and needed a somewhat quick turnaround. She was able to fit me in immediately that day, which I appreciated. She was very nice, direct and clearly knows what she's doing. She was able to have the dress done in the requested timeframe. I will say her pricing was quite steep to have a dress hemmed, however, she was very convenient for me to get to, and the fact that she was able to complete it rather quickly was a big factor. I appreciate her efficiency however it was much more expensive than I would have liked.“

“I came to Ruby Cleaners less than a week before our beach elopement desperate to have my sample wedding dress cleaned. The team was calm, kind, and reassuring, and they delivered exactly as promised. Every stain was gone, even on the bottom, and the dress looked brand new. They repaired a small rip on the side and they even hung it specially to prevent wrinkles since I was flying with it. I am so impressed and grateful and will definitely be back to have my gown preserved.“

And, they have successfully altered many of the off the rack items in my wardrobe. They also provided excellent advice on what to look for to minimize costly alterations and maximize a custom fit end result. At times they are very busy--especially during the holidays and prom season. So, plan to allow two weeks or longer for turn around time. Their pricing is very fair, but not cheap. They do not accept credit or debit cards. Be sure to check their hours before you show up as they do sometimes change. Lastly, be a kind customer. Craftsmen with their talents are getting harder to find.“
