We were given advice at the hospital and from other facilities to look every where we could. We did, Leonard was kind enough to explain what we needed and we kept shopping around, just to come back to Northlake Funeral home. Many reasons lead us to decide for this facility. Proximity, pricing and overall staff helpfulness. They were so patient and answered all questions we had. I remember wanting to take some pictures, but not knowing how to display them at all and Miranda was very kind, took them and arranged them nicely. Our family is very grateful for the help we were given.”
