Knollcrest went above and beyond for my Aunt’s service. We were so happy as a family with how her visitation and funeral went. I know my Aunt would’ve been happy with how she was treated with such care and compassion. Funeral director and staff were nice and there was plenty of seating. The service went very well. The background music was nice and the graveside service went well. Gathering the procession was a time consuming mess tho. If they had someone out there as people arrived they could direct them accordingly to a spot and have them reverse in, putting the flag and sticker on the vehicles right away. Those not attending the graveside could be directed to the back to park. People were trying to reverse at the same time and get in line and we had to wait for stickers and flags to be handed out. Just a suggestion.
