After the sudden passing of my mom, I didn't know where even to begin. I stopped by Knollcrest after reading their reviews and It was one of the best decisions I've ever made. Everyone there is so nice and helpful but Ema and Beth are both just incredibly Amazing people and went above and beyond with arranging everything for my mom to have the best service I could have hoped for.

Both my parents pre-planned/purchased 15+ years ago. Everything was done as expected & they even upgraded the service bulletin, guest book, thank you notes & bookmarks. They even videoed the service & put a link from the obituary when some of our relatives couldn't make it due to severe weather. Joshua & team did an outstanding job!
