They provide a sense of comfort and made it feel like a family member was guiding them through the process. Our family is deeply grateful for the extraordinary care and professionalism we received at Russo’s Hillside Chapels. The moment we walked in, they made my family and I feel completely comfortable, supported, and cared for during one of the hardest moments of our lives. One person in particular, Elizabeth, made an unforgettable impact on our family. She guided us with kindness, made us feel completely at ease, and treated my mom with the utmost dignity. The way Elizabeth prepared my mom was truly beautiful — my mom looked peaceful, radiant, and as if she were simply sleeping. That gift is something my family and I will always cherish. The facility itself is beautiful, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The family cafés were a true blessing, having a comfortable space to serve food and refreshments to our guests really made our moms wake feel more personal and welcoming. It’s clear they’ve considered every detail a grieving family might need. Their use of technology was equally impressive. The guest book kiosk and QR code system made it easy for friends and loved ones to share messages, memories, condolences and contact information. Joe, Elizabeth, Franco and Tony, you were all outstanding and did an exceptionally great job with my mom’s services. Every detail was handled with respect and genuine compassion. You all treated my mom as if she were your own family, and that level of care is something we will never forget. I wholeheartedly recommend Russo’s Hillside Chapel to any family seeking compassionate, and truly exceptional service during a difficult time.
Our parents had unexpectedly passed away within 3 weeks of each other. You could imagine how distraught our family was. We all knew and agreed that Russo's Hillside Chapels was the only place that would properly honor and memorialize our parents. As soon as we contacted Joe Russo he literally took us by the hand and walked us through this entire process step by step. Joe never left our side until we fully understood each and every option that were available. Joe educated all of us on every protocol and provided his undivided time and attention throughout this entire process. Joe was on the phone with the Cemetery Personal, Church Representative, and Music Director to assure that everything came together seamlessly. Joe always made himself available for my siblings and I morning, noon or night. We are so grateful and appreciative for all that Joe Russo has done for our parents and for our Family during this horrible time. Joe has gone above and beyond and we cannot THANK him enough. We could NOT have gone through this tragedy without Joe Russo on our side. We extremely recommend Russo's Hillside Chapels for their high quality services, professionalism and support!
