Chuck Hitzman met the boys and saw the unique dynamic. He quickly made the boys feel so relaxed as he explained each necessity, detail and option for the service. From that point on through to the day of the service, everything flowed and worked out beautifully, thanks to that initial meeting and support, as well as continued and easy communication with the funeral home, as we worked through each step.
