“We live in a beautiful old house built in 1910, and some cracks had opened up which lead to a tricky mouse problem in our home. We had two other companies out here who did basically nothing except leaving some ineffectual traps but Sergio from Anti-Pest came in and saved the day. He was prompt, friendly, professional, humane, and most importantly, strategic in his handling of the problem. He immediately found all the hot spots, and within a week and a half there were no signs of mice anywhere. We are very grateful and highly recommend his services.“

“I called Bed Bug Solutions and a few other companies. Linda called me back within a day and spent 15 minutes on the phone with me, asking me specific questions about my situation and telling me what she thought. She said that I should be able to find evidence of bedbugs if I had been being bitten for this long, and suggested how to look. I asked clarifying questions and she answered each one in a way that I found informative, clear, and connectful. She quoted me what I consider to be a low rate for a dog inspection (if I wanted one) compared to to the other companies I asked, which I was surprised at and appreciated. I really like how Linda talked to me and I want to express my appreciation for you, Linda, by writing this review here. I inspected my sheets, mattress and bedframe thoroughly for evidence of bedbugs and didn't see any bugs or spots. I concluded I don't have bedbugs, which I'm relieved about. If I had decided to hire a dog inspection, I would have chosen Linda first, both because of price and because of the quality of her communication. “I've resisted the solicitations of the big lawn weed-control/fertilizer companies for years. Finally, I threw my hands up--the noxious intruders took over in our wooded area. A friend suggested that I call Steve at Logic for an appraisal. They use all organic treatments and the price is reasonable. They are a small local company committed not to outgrow their capabilities. I noticed an improvement before the second treatment (of 6 for the season). Everyone who visits raves about the lawn. I try to water it once in a while, a source of guilt given the water shortages in the country, but we have Lake Michigan, which connects to Huron to boot! I've since recommended several friends to Logic.“

After a terrible experience with another company, we were so happy to meet Easy Way. They are prompt and very easy to work with. We love that they give their customers direct access to someone on their team to text scheduling requests or any questions. We have had Easy Way routinely come out for preventive spraying and will definitely continue as long as we live here. Their prices are affordable, and they always leave our house clean, so there is no reason to look elsewhere.“

“So Cycor was needed once more, for cockroaches that won't go away, as this is an old building and there were some dirty tenants living next to me. Art came out the first time and was so nice and considerate. This last time, George came with two other very kind guys who listened to my concerns and treated the areas that were most problematic. They were VERY careful around my ferret's cage and even pet her before they began the treatment. A+ to them for their courteous approach and extreme professionalism.“

(Admittedly, the first guy,Marquise was nice, but said things that made no sense.)
