We use Terminix at our work, and because there is a warehouse area, the mice like to find warmth during the winter! During the summer, we sometimes get ants as we bring our dogs to work and their food attracts them. Thankfully, we haven't had much of an issue since we have been using Terminix. Our service techs have been great as well! Very professional and friendly.Services: Ant extermination
Philly HOA received service for about a 5-month period where rep didn't communicate each visit. Rep was unable to accommodate tenant availability with mouse issue and another pest company was called instead. Was contacted by Terminix for a bogus bill that never materialized and they provided no further explanation. Called 800 number for help and they couldn't locate the account to provide any service. Changed terms of service halfway through to every-other month, but rep continued monthly service.Service: General pest inspection
