I live in Great Lakes Navy Housing, where my home is quite old and full of wear and tear—making it easy for rodents to enter. After contacting the housing authority two weeks prior to no avail, I endured rats running freely through my house as if it were their playground. Out of desperation, I even purchased my own traps from Home Depot before Smithereen Pest Management Services was contracted to assist.
