“Every year for the last 5-6 years we get a yellowjacket nest somewhere on the property, every year I call Rose and they send out Iszy. He takes care of it, no problem, and we've never had a problem with them coming back (in that same nest and season.) They're quick, friendly, fairly priced, and Iszy in particular is so nice and thorough! He even makes sure that the kids and pets are not going to be running around before he treats. Watching him destroy our invaders has become a yearly tradition my kids look forward to! Highly recommend Rose!“

“I called Bed Bug Solutions and a few other companies. Linda called me back within a day and spent 15 minutes on the phone with me, asking me specific questions about my situation and telling me what she thought. She said that I should be able to find evidence of bedbugs if I had been being bitten for this long, and suggested how to look. I asked clarifying questions and she answered each one in a way that I found informative, clear, and connectful. She quoted me what I consider to be a low rate for a dog inspection (if I wanted one) compared to to the other companies I asked, which I was surprised at and appreciated. “I changed my rating from one star to five stars. My landlord, Becovic, lied and said that Cycor Peat control said, “I denied access to my apartment.”

So, Cycor returned to my apartment unit in April for an inspection/fumigation. They were polite, quick, and professional.

On March 6, 2024, The day of the inspection, I complied with the instructions, placed everything out of the cabinets and drawers In the bed, and went to work. No one contacted me to tell me it was a problem accessing my unit. I was not supposed to leave the door open.

On April 1, my landlord sent me a 10-day notice because Cycor said, “The tenant refused to allow access, which is a breach of lease.” This statement is a total lie because Cycor never said that, and I worked 9 hours and 18 minutes on that day, so no one in my apartment could deny access. Moreover, the door has no blockage or extra locks that management cannot open.

I do recommend Cycor because of their professionalism and honesty.

I do not recommend my landlord, Becovic, for not admitting their mistakes, giving false statements about their tenants, and using Cycor as a coverup.“

“I've resisted the solicitations of the big lawn weed-control/fertilizer companies for years. Finally, I threw my hands up--the noxious intruders took over in our wooded area. A friend suggested that I call Steve at Logic for an appraisal. They use all organic treatments and the price is reasonable. They are a small local company committed not to outgrow their capabilities. I noticed an improvement before the second treatment (of 6 for the season). Everyone who visits raves about the lawn. I try to water it once in a while, a source of guilt given the water shortages in the country, but we have Lake Michigan, which connects to Huron to boot! I've since recommended several friends to Logic.“
