Tom came and assessed the damage, explained everything thoroughly, spent 90 minutes doing this while FaceTiming with my husband who could not be on site. He and his team were incredibly professional, kind, thorough, and did exactly what was proposed, and more. It has been a very challenging time but Tom and his team and the staff, Vanessa specifically, have been seamless in helping this difficult time not feel awful. We literally feel like we have a team on our side, guiding all the steps and there is an end date to this mess. And, their pricing is incredibly fair. “I called Sam the afternoon we discovered a frozen pipe had burst and flooded our commercial office space (about 1,000 sq. ft.). He stoped by that evening and reviewed what needed to be done so his crew could come in the next morning and begin to work. He came with the crew the next morning to remove the carpets, wood molding and bottom 1.5 feet of drywall that were saturated by the flooding and set up fans and dehumidifiers to dry the place out. Sam and his crew were professional and easy to work with. Sam worked seamlessly with my insurance company providing them with the information they needed to expedite the claims process. We then hired Sam and his crew to do the repairs...Insulating, replacing and finishing the drywall, painting the walls and replacing the carpet. They did a fabulous job!
