The work was finished in just a day with no issues. My direct tv satellite was also placed back on the roof with no reception issues. He was present when the insurance adjuster came and found a lot of damage the adjuster overlooked. John fought a long battle on my behalf when insurance denied coverage for various items. He made many calls, researched, provided evidence/documentation, and refused to take no for an answer. After months of fighting, insurance honored all claims.

John came to my home around ten times, despite living three hours away. His communication was top-notch; updating me on the status of claims and informing of dates and times of when workers would be at my home.
