“My experience with Buffalo is a little different than most folks here. They inspected a roof of a house I was buying. They not only found the same issues my house inspector found but they dug deeper and found many more issues including dry rot in the roof decking which my house inspector would not be able to find. They took the time and effort to explain what the problems were, what caused them and how to fix them. They explained some complex roofing problems and what future problems could be caused by the issues. All in all a great experience. Unfortunately the contract got cancelled but if I had gone through with it I would have had no hesitation hiring them to reroof. Believe the reviews here, they are real.“
