After three claims being denied by my Insurance Company, I contacted Midwestern Adjusters/ Elite Restoration Co for assistance. During the process Teddy Blanco went above and beyond all expectations to work on a final settlement we were pleased with. The roofers were prompt, courteous, and efficient, along with the gutter/downspout crew as well. It was an outstanding job to all involved! We've received numerous inquiries already as too who did our work!

I had a leak in my roof this winter. Elite had put in a new roof for me 5 years ago so asked them to come check it out. The cause ended up being an ice damn doing damage to a repair on my chimney by another company 10 years ago that was done poorly. Even though it wasn’t caused by the roof they replaced, John Nickles and Pariz took care of it and patched up the problem for me quickly!

Midwest Adjusters did a great job with our roof and gutters. The communication was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. The work was completed in 1 day!
