Dean Helfers texted me Sunday to set up a appointment .Appointment set for Monday 3pm.Dean communicated 30 min before that he was on his way and showed up right on time.He listened to my concerns and addressed them in a professional and friendly manner.He took his time and found a few locations that needed attention.He sent me pictures before and after and communicated well thru the whole process.I will be recommending/using dean and ABC for any future needs.It was a great experience.“
“My garage roof was a mess! Trees had fallen on it during the big storm and knocked holes in it. It had problems, including broken gutters and damaged fascia. I got Aurora from my friend Becky and when I called, Tom came right out. What a great experience! No hidden fees, no pressure, just an honest assessment of the problem. They had to take the roof off and totally replace it, including a broken header that was causing the roof to sag in the middle! Tom worked with my insurance, and they really went above and beyond! I recommend them absolutely for any roofing problem! Tom and the crew were great, and they cleaned up when they finished.
