After finding out that the insurance would not cover the cost of a full roof, they completely ignored us and we had plastic on our roof the whole year.

In April of 2026, I sent an email to STA to see if they'd even be willing to do a small job, and John responded asking me to call him. I was a bit busy, so I didn't call him right away, and he followed up 2 days later to make sure that I could call him.

We talked on the phone and the following week he had a gentleman named George come out. George fixed our roof in maybe about 2 hours time, and blended the tiles so well that we can barely tell where the damage was.

The job also came in UNDER the estimate that I was quoted, and that was certainly a bonus!“
