“I first contacted them last year for roofing repair and they were really quick, reasonable quote and made the whole process easier. While they were repairing my roof Patrick came to check up on their progress and noticed the back of my house roofing is different then my front and gave me a quote to fix that. I agreed to the quote but said I couldn't do anything till the summer of 2022. Patrick said no problem the quote will be good till then. Fast forward to May and he got in contact with me to see if I was still interested.Now here is why I highly recommend them. They were so patient with me while I dealt with my HOA approval that instead of May it took till July for them to do my roof, AND the quote never expired. Melissa was their contact person and she was such a joy to work with. She returned my phone calls and emails in a timely fashion. Patrick would answer my text when I had questions. The guys who came and did my roof were respectful and hardworking. Unfortunately, although my experience with the sales representative started off on a high note, it ended very poorly.When the owner became aware of my disappointing experience, he reached out to me directly.
