“I have gone to Dr Mona for 8 years and I love her. She's been with me through 4 pregnancies and a miscarriage and always taken good care of me. I capped on a Thursday to make an appt and they couldn't do an appointment til early the following week, she called me because of my symptoms we both knew what it was and she sent a prescription over because she didn't want me uncomfortable all weekend.“

“Recently got Lasik done. The staff, especially Susan, were friendly and thoroughly explained the procedure and after care. Doctor walked me through each step and after the procedure gave my wife a detailed play of what he did and the increased bleeding. I am so happy with my results and being able to wake up with 20/20 vision!“

“The clinic is great at getting you the referrals and help you need but they aren’t always great at returning calls or following up.I have been going here for a few months and it’s always easy to get an appointment with my doctor.They are renovating right now and also adding a pharmacy, so it will be interesting to see how the environment and staff adjust.“

“With Covid-19, wait times have been very short. I have seen 2 docs and 2 technicians here, all have been friendly. I have been pleased with how my questions and concerns have been answered.“
“I am reading the reviews for Dr. Davis and his staff and I am in complete disagreement with the negative comments about the staff. Samantha that answers the phone and is at reception, is not only pleasant on the phone, but in person too. She remembers who you are and listens to what you are saying and does what she can with her resources.Dr. Davis is great, he takes his time to listen, and lets me partake in decisions regarding my treatment to whatever is ailing me. He has never brushed my symptoms off in fact he goes above and beyond from my experience with other doctors. I have never felt unheard in this office.Does this office have areas that need improvement, absolutely, but I would rather be proactive in my health care then see some of the changes. You are your own advocate, but you still need to be respectful in order to get respect. I feel sorry for the staff when people call in pain and can't get answers, they can't help you if they don't have the information they need. I have been that person and can reflect on my own poor behavior in this situation, but I do apologize once I realize what I am doing or have done.I would recommend this office to anyone for care from Dr. Davis, he is very intelligent and you can tell this is a passion, and not a paycheck.“

“I visited the Imaging Center at Genesis West recently for some imaging that was ordered by my doctor. I had never needed anything like this before, so I was quite nervous. Everyone I encountered was very pleasant, kind, and comforting. I'd specifically like to commend Tom, the sonographer, and Amanda at the Imaging Center front desk. They truly care about their patients and it shows!“
