Wow, just wow is all I can say. Watch out for Caitlin, she will tell you lies, and then when you confront her, she states that she is not going to argue with you. Of course you won't argue, there is nothing to argue. They will just gas light you. They run their operation according to Medicare guidelines, regardless of what your insurance will allow. They flat out refused my husband equipment to help him after total knee replacement surgery, that our insurance company had already approved, because of their policy. This was after they could not "find" the order for other equipment they already said that they had ready for him after his surgery. Their policies are not patient...read full review

This place is quite literally a scam.I received my equipment from them in June of 2023 which my insurance paid for (just confirmed this on the phone). I have now received an invoice for the cost of my equipment, stating that I have to pay for it in 2 weeks. They're trying to charge me for the equipment that they've already received payment for from my insurance company. Double charging in order to make some money! On top of that, their prices are so high that it's cheaper to buy my equipment on Amazon than it is to pay the copay. There is no reason to work with this location. They're either trying to rip people off, are incompetent, or both.

The don't come or call as promised, you never know when or if they are coming.Poor follow up and excuses as to why they can't come and really no services are offered other than a bath aide. Find another independent Home Health agency outside of the hospitals system that is not attached to UnityPoint, don't accept their care after discharge all you will be doing is wasting time sitting around and waiting. They don't have treatment plans that have goals and they lack the staff and skills to meet basic needs.
