We are fairly new to the area, and after thoroughly researching offices that doesn't press for vaccines we landed here. However, today was my son first appointment, and I elaborated how my child is currently out of school due to some religious forms we needed signed off on by a healthcare provider (which I explained to Dr. Letney) and he declined to sign the papers! Dr. Rainey is amazing and so kind. He understands and listens to me during appts and gives me options instead of just starting on medications. He monitors for any side effects. He just seems to genuinely care about his patients. The new ways to message the clinical team and schedule appts is great.

I have been Dr Appel’s patient at least his clinic for 10 years and in that time I have always been treated with respect, kindness, and professionalism. Billing services are accurate and if I need further explanation of my bill, the department head comes right out to me, sits down, and thoughtfully explains the issue.
