Front desk was very rude, as well as not trusting what I told them but then saying my HIPA out loud for everyone to hear. Every time I go there I have to do different things with each person. Changing where we go for our health needs.

Darla at the front desk is extremely rude. Her demeanor with patients is very poor and she treated our family with a great lack of respect and was intentionally mean. When addressed, she refused to apologize or change her tone. A very disappointing representation of the clinic as a whole.

Went to establish care with Dr. Brokloff. I filled out all of the paperwork they sent me and got through the whole health history with her when she asked me about my COVID19 vax status and I told her I was choosing not to get it. After trying to shame me into getting it she she said we weren’t a good match and that and she wouldn’t charge me for the visit and insulted my 30 year career as a nurse and stormed out the door like a 3 year old. She didn’t even have enough kindness or professionalism to help me find the exit. If you have religious convictions she has no tolerance for you or your religion as in her world those religions don’t exist in healthcare. So...read full review
