It used to be ok, then Fort Campbell took over..Then they changed everything without notifying any patients, going there now is a nightmare that takes 5 times longer than it should..Getting ready to register at the VA because even that has to be better than this.
I called to get a referral but the doctor or person on the other line did not care. She just f my day.I was still talking when she hang the phone on me she just took my number period.I hope they were paid to assist the patients prop erly not just to get paid.What is this partient (customer)service they have?She even did not care, what is it all aboyt!???God...
