DO NOT USE THIS Genesis West FACILITY for your hospital patient/rehab. GO ANYWHERE ELSE! The level of care and professionalism shown from nursing staff was truly unbelievable......DO NOT GO HERE...FIND ANOTHER OPTION!! I'm sure this facility will be closed soon...word will get out about the poor care and lack of actual therapy being done with patient. The last few nurses including the "CHARGE NURSE" spoke to us like we were at a FREE CLINIC? Just terrible experience all around!!
It clearly states on the website that they have online care, but when I was explaining to the person what my problem was they cut me off and said that they were a third party and I would have to go to the clinic to get help. So what gives? I feel that they simply didn’t want to take the time to help. Plain and simple.
The doctor was a super nice guy, and the experience was fairly normal, but in keeping with many of the reviews I see here, I can tell you that the administration end of things is severely lacking. I was told that I would receive a call regarding some test results. I never got the call, but they definitely remembered to send me the bill! That pretty much sums up American healthcare: "We might not always help, but we will always charge you!"
