“We’ve had two funerals held at the Melrose Park location. Sara is the best. My in-laws passed away two months from each other. We had several setbacks with the life insurance policy which delayed the funeral services. Sara was so helpful, understanding, compassionate and went above and beyond in helping us from beginning to end. She even answered us when we had a questions in the late evening and weekends too. She always made herself available to help us. She is the person you need to help you plan your funeral arrangements for your most treasured loved ones. She displayed her professionalism and gave my family the reassurance we needed in knowing that everything would be taken care of. Sara left us impressed and we are so thankful to her for all of her help in planning two different difficult funeral services. I was especially impressed by the thoughtful touches — the beautiful prayer cards, the memory photobook for signatures, and the care taken during the wake to ensure beverages and utensils were always replenished. Nadine and Erin were wonderful and so attentive throughout. The limousines throughout the funeral day were perfectly coordinated, making the day flow smoothly.

It was truly an easy process handled by a team that went above and beyond to make us feel supported and cared for during such a difficult time. Their warmth and professionalism made something so painful a much more manageable experience for our entire family.
