This was the first time I had met with her and right off the bat she was excited for what I wanted to do, and made sure I was prepared for what was about to be done. I ended up cutting of almost 17 inches of hair, and she gave me a fresh new look after 6 years of growing out my hair with an incredibly rough start to 2024, she gave me the best fresh start I could ask for. Explained how the color would look on her natural hair. Continued to make sure everyone was on the same page and she was going to get the look she wanted. Jan did not disappoint at all! All of the stylists have done great on my hair as well as my boys. Very friendly staff and always accommodating. The ability to check in online is great and can speed up your check in on busier days. Even if you didn't check in online there are enough stylists there to keep things moving quickly. They have several good hair care products on hand and make sure you grab a lolly pop on the way out! Parking can be a little tight on busy days, but not horrible. If you do need to wait there are several close by stores to run to while you wait.

My boyfriend's manicure and pedicure were done by Rachel. I'm, unfortunately, unable to remember who mine was done by, but he was a very nice man who made sure I was having a good time and put little flower designs on my nails just for fun. Was very attentive and outgoing, understanding what patterns and colors I wanted.
Pedicures were relaxing, very professional, and done to a tee. Chairs are massaging and you get to control them, no matter the package you get.
There are, I think, 5 different pedicure packages you get to choose from. Each have their own unique thing, and they don't break the bank. We got a package that included bath salts with the pedicures.
Manicures were done almost within the blink of an eye and look fantastic. I didn't have an exact design in mind, but I knew the color I wanted and acrylics to stop myself from picking at things. The same man did my manicure. Again, with no design or pattern in mind, he just went at it. It turned out great.
In total, I spent 289 for both services and the tip.

9 for the convenience fee.

Will probably be going again in a month or whenever these break.

Unlimited Shrinkwrap did a great job shrink wrapping my 21 foot pontoon boat. They were very professional, courteous, and reliable. When I called Unlimited Shrinkwrap, Britte answered my call and understood my situation that I live an hour away south from the Chain O’ Lakes where most mobile shrinkwrap companies are not willing to travel to. She was willing to work with me to help me out given they were doing other shrink wrap jobs on residential patios and industrial equipment close to my area. This was despite that Unlimited Shrinkwrap in general decided not to shrink wrap boats for fall of 2024. Also this was just at the perfect time a day or 2 before below zero wind chills and snow were expected after previous appointments with another mobile shrink wrap company fell through. On the day of my appointment they showed up with a crew of 4 guys and were done in just under an hour. Now my boat is safe and sound at my home protected from the elements and rodents and I did not have to haul my boat an hour to the Chain and an hour back home to get it done.

Nantucket Homes remodeled my condo in downtown (Old Town) Chicago. The entire kitchen looked amazing. George spent a lot of time paying great attention to detail. His carpenters did a great job and even built a custom built in desk. The crown molding made the condo look excellent. When it came time to rent out the condo, we had multiple offers in one day. Our family uses McHenry Smile Center and they are WONDERFUL!! Doc Sturt and his team are the best. They make everyone feel so welcome and comfortable! We have 4 kids and are so happy we found a dental office that we ALL enjoy going to!
So I don't normally have super strong positive feelings about a doctor's office, especially a dentist/oral surgeon . In fact I have the most extreme phobia of dental work, people touching my teeth, loose teeth etc.
18 years ago a had a tooth pulled after an injury the cracked my tooth, chipped all my front teeth and loosened my bottom teeth. I had to have a metal plate (mandolin bridge) put behind bottom front teeth to provide stability. Well that was only supposed to last 5 years or so but it was still here. Now it started coming off gradually over the past 11 years or so but I was terrified to get it checked since the first experience was so traumatizing.
So it was past due, all the bottom teeth were loose and it was only a matter of time until I bit into something and a tooth cracked or came out. So I couldn't put it off anymore. I found an excellent dentist who removed the bottom 4 teeth and now needed to find an oral surgeon for implants.
I researched, met a couple of surgeons and decided on McHenry Dental Specialties in McHenry, Dr Sbigoli. Prior to my procedure he explained everything as well as all of my options. He explained extra precautions he would take to ensure I would be happy with the results. The front desk girls, especially Shelley took numerous and I mean numerous calls from me to answer all my questions and calm my fears before the procedure. I found that not only did I need the posts but also a bone graft. Well I had the bone graft done on February 14th and Dr Sbigoli and the ENTIRE STAFF were beyond EXCELLENT! They handled me with such compassion, patience and kindness. During the entire process I was made very comfortable. Dr Sbigoli and his staff followed up with me several times over the past 6 months. We did normal checks on the healing and any time I had a concern they always made me feel supported in my concerns. They said they would be there for me and they really were!
Next month I get the posts and I know that everyone has me covered. Dr Sbigoli and his staff are outstanding and can help you with any of your oral surgery needs. I know I will never go anywhere else!!!

Dr. Harrison is a carring professional as well as his staff. He adjusts my neck. This affects the rest of my body aligning itself. At one of my appointments, i came in sick with a cold and a tight chest. To get my neck adjusted, but what he did was adjust my upper back, which opened my chest, I immediately felt the pressure in my chest release. Thank you Dr. for healing me and many blessings to you and your staff.

Dr. Carlson is hands down the best veterinarian I’ve ever encountered, and I’ve encountered quite a few. Years ago, I saw Dr. Carlson treat my parents dogs and elderly cat into their twilight years and the compassion and love he has for our animal family members is unmatched. We firmly believe his recommendation of acupuncture treatment for their elderly Weimaraner gave her another 2 years of life after we all thought she had lost mobility in her back legs. I went to another vet for a few years (because they were closer to me) until they recommended expensive and side effect-inducing medications for my 15 year old Weimaraner. I had my doubts so I called Riverside for a second opinion. He reviewed her test results, health records, and examined her thoroughly and agreed that she needed none of that. Dr. Carlson put her on a much more gentle holistic regimen that allowed her to live comfortably the rest of her days. And when it was her time to go, at almost 16, he lovingly stroked her and held her paw the whole time while my husband and I said our goodbyes. The compassion is unmatched. Now I take all my pets to Riverside. Thank you to Dr. Carlson and his amazing team for always giving my pets the best treatment possible.
We had to make the painful decision to euthanize our beloved cat Buddy, a part of our family for 16 years on 8/24/2024. The staff at McHenry Pet Hospital were all great! They made it as comfortable as possible for Buddy and our family. Explained how the process would work, assured us that Buddy would go peacefully and feel no pain. Reassured us that we were making the right decision. Told us to take as much time as we needed with Buddy to say our final goodbyes. That definitely helped, given the situation of having to let Buddy go.? Thank you to the staff that was there that day from the bottom of our ❤️. We recommend anyone who has to have any kind of care for their pet, to take them to McHenry Pet Hospital.

The Top Driver school in McHenry was a great place for our daughter to take both the classroom and behind the wheel lessons.
She learned what she needed from the classroom in a friendly, comfortable setting.
She was nervous to do her behind the wheel lessons, but Samantha put her at ease. She did the majority of her lessons with Samantha because of how comfortable she made our daughter feel. For two of her lessons, she had Will who was similarly skilled at making the lessons comfortable. Both Samantha and Will did a great job of explaining different situations and preparing our daughter for her license and driving by herself.
We would highly recommend Top Driver in McHenry and especially Samantha as an instructor!
