They did a great job remodeling our master bathroom. Complete gut job. They were able to make our design ideas work with little direction. Very responsive to phone calls and texts. If a conflict came up they’d work through it with us, provide options and make sure we were happy with the solution.

Emily gave me a life changing hair cut today. This was the first time I had met with her and right off the bat she was excited for what I wanted to do, and made sure I was prepared for what was about to be done. I ended up cutting of almost 17 inches of hair, and she gave me a fresh new look after 6 years of growing out my hair with an incredibly rough start to 2024, she gave me the best fresh start I could ask for. I love this place! My daughter and I go for haircuts usually. Recently I took my daughter to get her hair dyed a blood red and Jan did an amazing job. She talked her through the process. Explained how the color would look on her natural hair. Continued to make sure everyone was on the same page and she was going to get the look she wanted. Jan did not disappoint at all! All of the stylists have done great on my hair as well as my boys. Very friendly staff and always accommodating. The ability to check in online is great and can speed up your check in on busier days. Even if you didn't check in online there are enough stylists there to keep things moving quickly. They have several good hair care products on hand and make sure you grab a lolly pop on the way out! Parking can be a little tight on busy days, but not horrible. If you do need to wait there are several close by stores to run to while you wait.

Both of us got manicures and pedicures.
My boyfriend's manicure and pedicure were done by Rachel. I'm, unfortunately, unable to remember who mine was done by, but he was a very nice man who made sure I was having a good time and put little flower designs on my nails just for fun. Was very attentive and outgoing, understanding what patterns and colors I wanted.
Pedicures were relaxing, very professional, and done to a tee. Chairs are massaging and you get to control them, no matter the package you get.
There are, I think, 5 different pedicure packages you get to choose from. Each have their own unique thing, and they don't break the bank. We got a package that included bath salts with the pedicures.
Manicures were done almost within the blink of an eye and look fantastic. I didn't have an exact design in mind, but I knew the color I wanted and acrylics to stop myself from picking at things. The same man did my manicure. Again, with no design or pattern in mind, he just went at it. It turned out great.
In total, I spent 289 for both services and the tip.
100 for my boyfriend's service.
140 for my service.
9 for the convenience fee.
20 for each person.
Will probably be going again in a month or whenever these break.

We had an amazing experience getting tattooed by Justin at Art and Soul Tattoo! He took a drawing my kids made and turned it into a beautiful flower piece on my calf. He kept the design true to my kids’ original drawings, and it came out perfectly. It captured the simplicity and sweetness of their artwork. The whole process was super smooth. Justin was super friendly and easy to talk to. The shop was clean and had a great vibe, and you can tell he really cares about his craft. If you’re looking for someone who does awesome work and brings meaning to a tattoo, I definitely recommend Justin and his shop!

A worker came to replace broken water valves for our clothes washer. The job was done professionally. The worker explained the issue and the repair needed. He was very courteous. When I have plumbing needs I always call Helton Plumbing.
The entire experience with Accurate was first rate. From the trouble-shooting and estimate process, to scheduling and getting the work done, the experience was excellent. My pipe busted and I needed an emergency repair. I called Mr Rooter and Luis was there within 2 hours. The repair alone was a big job but Luis did an amazing job. Unlimited Shrinkwrap did a great job shrink wrapping my 21 foot pontoon boat. They were very professional, courteous, and reliable. When I called Unlimited Shrinkwrap, Britte answered my call and understood my situation that I live an hour away south from the Chain O’ Lakes where most mobile shrinkwrap companies are not willing to travel to. She was willing to work with me to help me out given they were doing other shrink wrap jobs on residential patios and industrial equipment close to my area. This was despite that Unlimited Shrinkwrap in general decided not to shrink wrap boats for fall of 2024. Also this was just at the perfect time a day or 2 before below zero wind chills and snow were expected after previous appointments with another mobile shrink wrap company fell through. On the day of my appointment they showed up with a crew of 4 guys and were done in just under an hour. Now my boat is safe and sound at my home protected from the elements and rodents and I did not have to haul my boat an hour to the Chain and an hour back home to get it done.

Nantucket Homes remodeled my condo in downtown (Old Town) Chicago. The entire kitchen looked amazing. George spent a lot of time paying great attention to detail. His carpenters did a great job and even built a custom built in desk. The crown molding made the condo look excellent. When it came time to rent out the condo, we had multiple offers in one day. I would highly recommend Nantucket Homes!

Our Bernese Finn wasn’t baring any weight on his rear right leg. It was also very swollen. Dr. Carlson and his staff did amazing diagnosing him at minimal cost! His swelling went down overnight and he was finally able to walk on it the next day. We would have been easily diagnosed wrong but thanks to Dr. Carlsons expertise we were diagnosed correctly and the issue resolved fast. Thank you!

When we realized that her medicine wasn't going to work, and it was time for kitty to cross the rainbow bridge, the staff were professional, caring, and supportive. Bob worked all of the tension out of the target area and the best part; I was pain free for weeks and weeks! That is unheard for me -- how refreshing it was! I was diagnosed with a torn meniscus late in the summer. I did pre-op PT at IBJI and had a great experience. I elected to have surgery to treat my knee problem and did PT post-op as well. The whole staff is both talented and friendly, making personal connections while helping people achieve positive outcomes. If you need PT I would highly recommend the amazing team at IBJI!

The Top Driver school in McHenry was a great place for our daughter to take both the classroom and behind the wheel lessons.
She learned what she needed from the classroom in a friendly, comfortable setting.
She was nervous to do her behind the wheel lessons, but Samantha put her at ease. She did the majority of her lessons with Samantha because of how comfortable she made our daughter feel. For two of her lessons, she had Will who was similarly skilled at making the lessons comfortable. Both Samantha and Will did a great job of explaining different situations and preparing our daughter for her license and driving by herself.
We would highly recommend Top Driver in McHenry and especially Samantha as an instructor!
