Came here for hand OT post-surgery. OTs Cass and MaryKay were phenomenal with my recovery. They’re the sweetest women ever and always made coming to therapy a true pleasure. I’m going to miss coming to “chat with the girls” which is the environment they create with their patients. I recommend them to anyone needing a hand OT. They exemplify the kind of personal care I expect from Northwestern Medicine.

Outstanding !!! I’m glad I chose this clinic !! I do feel better in a short time. I could use more therapy though. Rebecca is very knowledgeable and professional and gentle. Caring and excellent listener and bedside manner. Dawn is great as well. Very caring and knows her job well. Thank you !!

They took good care of my boyfriend when he had an allergic reaction. They are fairly clean but with Covid I was hoping it would be cleaner. It was also disappointing to see staff members walking around without masks on/taking them off to talk to people. Overall just okay.
