“Used Dagnon to fully repair my roof + gutters due to hail damage in Milwaukee, WI. I worked with Neal and he was very helpful and responsive. They guided us on how to properly communicate with our insurance provider to get the repairs covered. I was under a very tight timing constraint and they worked with me in order to get the repairs done on my timeline. We had some impending weather and they were flexible and changed their work accordingly. They also provided paperwork quickly to be sent out to insurance so we could get payment for the services. I would highly recommend Dagnon and would use them again!”

“Ok, If you read this to the end you'll see I did not have an initial good experience with these folks. However, after I posted this (they apparently monitor their reviews) Martin called. Essentially they said you're pissed and understandably . Let us make it right. Helped me get the roof reinspected as well as gutter and siding. As near as I can tell it was quality work (I'm in no position to inspect a roof). The roof got replaced in a decent time frame. The other work took some time and calls from me to find out what the hold up was. Overall it was a good experience with the noted caveats.<br><br>Long story. Had lots of hail in the spring. Martin along with other contractors in area doing free inspections. Martin and one other contractor say roof needs replacing. Martin offers to be here to walk through insurance adjuster inspection. Insurance shows up -- no Martin. Martin calls says totally our fault sorry. Ok I let it go. Insurance says roof is in great shape. I call insurance they say have your contractor contact us. I call Martin. Martin says we need letter you'll get from insurance. I send letter Martin says we'll contact insurance via email and copy you. I never see this email. I call. They never return call. I text. They never return text. Kinda made me wonder about not being here when insurance did inspection. Maybe letting it go was not the right choice.<br><br>I've been ghosted. I'd be very wary of dealing with these people.”

“When Andrew, a Project Manager with Scandia, stopped by my house to let me know hail damage had occurred in my neighborhood, I was skeptical. He informed me his company was replacing the roof on a couple of homes in my area due to a storm. I allowed Andrew access to my roof; he did a thorough job providing me with photographic documentation of hail damage, and helped walk me through the process of making a claim to my insurance company. When the Insurance Adjuster came to my home to see if insurance would pay for the damage, Andrew came along, too. He stayed with the Adjuster, pointing out all the areas with damage, until all the Adjuster's questions were satisfied. This may sound like no big deal, but it took the Adjuster a VERY long time, and Andrew remained professional and patient throughout the process. The Insurance Adjuster approved my house for a brand new roof. Andrew's team did an excellent job of tearing off and replacing my roof. They were courteous, hard-working, on-time, and did a excellent job cleaning up any mess they made. We had additional damage to our decking; Andrew and his team at Scandia worked hard with my insurance company to get that paid for as well. During the insurance approval process and contract signing, Andrew keep in touch regularly. He has excellent communication skills; he's definitely an all-around nice guy! My experience with Scandia Construction was great. I highly recommend them!”
