Excellent customer service!!! I cannot say enough positive things about this company and their workers. From day one when they met with me, they went out of their way to take care of everything for me. I highly recommend Randy and his crew. I needed a new roof and siding after the hail storm last year in Oregon. My dad was a 26-year Navy veteran and I had seen and heard about the great things they do for veterans and wanted to give my business to a company that valued those who served our country.I truly could not be more happy with the service and communication that they gave me. I met several times with Randy, picked out what I liked and the rest is history. The product was shipped to my house. The crew did an amazing job. The roof was done on a day when I was not home. Randy Palmeri and son has been the best service I have ever used. Nick help me through every step with the insurance he made everything run smoothly. The group that did the roofing were the greatest.
