Horrible company to deal with. Long story short they put a new roof on our house in 2019. They tore off our garage roof by mistake and had to replace also. Then a few months after install, shingles were falling off. And they have continued to fall off. For 2 years we have tried to get them to fix their mistakes and honor warranty. They do not answer phone or call back. Now in 2021 we have an issue with leaking in the attic from the roof. Again unable to reach anyone and their website is now not functional. We have to pay someone else to fix their bad work.Service: Roof installation

When Andrew, a Project Manager with Scandia, stopped by my house to let me know hail damage had occurred in my neighborhood, I was skeptical. He informed me his company was replacing the roof on a couple of homes in my area due to a storm. I allowed Andrew access to my roof; he did a thorough job providing me with photographic documentation of hail damage, and helped walk me through the process of making a claim to my insurance company. When the Insurance Adjuster came to my home to see if insurance would pay for the damage, Andrew came along, too. He stayed with the Adjuster, pointing out all the areas with damage, until all the Adjuster's questions were satisfied. This may sound like no big deal, but it took the Adjuster a VERY long time, and Andrew remained professional and patient throughout the process. The Insurance Adjuster approved my house for a brand new roof. Andrew's team did an excellent job of tearing off and replacing my roof. They were courteous, hard-working, on-time, and did a excellent job cleaning up any mess they made. We had additional damage to our decking; Andrew and his team at Scandia worked hard with my insurance company to get that paid for as well. During the insurance approval process and contract signing, Andrew keep in touch regularly. He has excellent communication skills; he's definitely an all-around nice guy! My experience with Scandia Construction was great. I highly recommend them!
