Used Dagnon to fully repair my roof + gutters due to hail damage in Milwaukee, WI. I worked with Neal and he was very helpful and responsive. They guided us on how to properly communicate with our insurance provider to get the repairs covered. I was under a very tight timing constraint and they worked with me in order to get the repairs done on my timeline. We had some impending weather and they were flexible and changed their work accordingly. They also provided paperwork quickly to be sent out to insurance so we could get payment for the services. I would highly recommend Dagnon and would use them again!
Incredible! The work dagnon, Neal and his team did to get our new roof is hands down the best I've ever seen. The whole process was way easier than I thought. Neal was hands down the man! Super easy communication, down to earth, knowledgeable, and reliable. Thank you very much for the new roof and gutters! Would highly recommend
I can't say enough about how happy I am with Dagnon and Neal Kramer. Neal was with me every step of the way on this project. New roof, siding and shutters on house and garage. The garage is now red brick siding color. It was a hard decision for me because I didn't want it to look too bright, but the color matches the house red brick exactly. The 3 crews that worked on my house cleaned up after themselves and were very respectful. Neal stopped by every step of the way. He certainly made my life easier. I'm so happy that Dagnons still has the same quality as when we had our last roof put on in 1998.
