My experience with Martin Home Exteriors was highly disappointing. Salesman Alex lacked knowledge about financing and their products. Multiple roof leaks occurred due to missing flashing around a roof vent, wrongly diagnosed as an HVAC issue by their repairman.Despite hiring an HVAC company to confirm the actual problem, Martin refused to reimburse the incurred costs. No apology was offered. Post-repairs, I discovered a shingle removal tool and scraps in my yard, reflecting a lack of professionalism.The workers, in street clothes without company vehicles, demonstrated limited installation knowledge. I had the pleasure to work with Mike D. with having my roof replaced. From start to finish, Mike was professional, attentive, organized, and knowledgeable; I could tell he cared about the job. Mike helped pick out the color for the roof and would always give his opinion on what he thinks would look the best. He took care of the insurance process so I did not have much work on my end. The crew was very quick tearing off and replacing, and was respectful with our lawn and picking up all of their materials. I highly recommend Martin Exteriors and will use them again in the future if need be.Services: Roof repair for storm & wind damage
