We contacted Pro Restoration after the summer 2023 hailstorm based on their ratings and reviews. Chris Cesna promptly arrived and determined we had roofing and siding damage. Chris was very thorough in explaining the process from beginning to end. He was especially good at staying in contact with our insurance carrier to keep things moving forward and updating us along the way. Both the roofing and siding crews were professional and thorough. We are very satisfied with our new roof and siding.
Pro Restoration is an absolute top notch company! After the exceptional work we received on our roof and the awesome work of the project manager, Neal Kramer, we had a second roof done on our son’s new home! Neal is stellar and made everything easy! I highly recommend Pro and Neal for all of your restoration needs!
My home was hit by a hail storm last spring, I contacted Pro Restoration and Ricky came out to complete an assessment. Ricky worked timely and efficiently with my insurance company under a tight deadline to gain approval not only for my roof to be replaced, but also a full siding job. I was especially happy with the netting they put up while completing the job to protect my new landscaping. The crew on site that day was flawless. Ricky stayed during the majority of the job and even after the crew left to make sure everything was cleaned up and assured there were no leftover nails or debris.
