“This review about my favourite place for dogs. From the moment you walk in it does feel like Home!

Facility: State of the Art (very clean, smells nice, little food shop, always decorated for holidays. Drinks are offered. Huge dogs areas with high ceilings and super ventilation, special vacuums to clean after dogs, each sector is supervised by a separate person, separate backyard which is fenced for dogs to play outside, adjacent wooded area where the trainers walk dogs on leash)

Staff: Very friendly and always there to answer all your questions and concerns you might have.

Trainers: Nofo- # 1 professional in training dogs (i call him magician, because dogs listen to him from the first moment they see him) Christa- amazing trainer that is very kind and helpful.

When i got my dog daughter Polina i had to find a place for her to stay during the day. K-9 took her when she was 5 month old and i had a lot of concerns starting from feeding, training etc- as dog parents we would like to bring up a nice, obedient and friendly dog. K-9 family helped me avery step of that journey starting from personal training sessions, aguility classes and i am very thankful for that from the bottom of my heart.

If you have concerns or need a nice, clean, friendly place for your dog K 9 is your best choice! I also forgot to mention that they have Grooming Salon as well. Its ONE STOP SHOP for all your dog's needs!“

“My dog loves walks in Laura''s neighborhood which is not the experience at boarding agencies which typically have minimal outdoor space. Laura's home provides more freedom for your dog, truly your dog's home away from home.“

“It's always nerve wracking when you're traveling and have to leave your dog at a new kennel. My dog stayed for 3 nights at waggles for the 1st time this past weekend. I loved getting the short video of her having a great time. They wore her out and she's been sleeping for hours since we picked her up. The facility is clean, staff is friendly, and I know I can bring my dog back and she'll be safe there.“

“The only place I'd ever bring my Lilo! Rebecca does an amazing job and we love her plum facials! The work the ladies do is absolutely exquisite. It's truly such a beautiful environment for both people and dogs. You can feel the love and customization for every single dog immediately upon walking in. “I used to work as a receptionist for a dog daycare, so I've had to talk to different vets all the time all over Chicago. Now, no longer a receptionist and I have my own puppy; Preiser was one of my top 3 to go to. I HIGHLY recommend, they have a wonderful staff and receptionists. The nurses are so kind, and treated my puppy with so much love. Like, I'm pretty sure my dog loves the vet now. They helped refer me to a specialist and helped me make sure she got the best care. Pricing wasn't terrible at all. The doctor called me personally to discuss my dog which I thought was really thoughtful. Also the lobby is so cute, and welcoming. Sometimes lobbies at vets can be rough, like they can smell, be dirty, have strange colors, and have uncomfortable chairs... but not here. It's so cute and cozy, the sun shines in, there are magazines, comfy sheets, and so much space if you have an uneasy or aggressive pet that needs space from other pets. Also I have to point out that all the plants have their own names it's adorable“

“I am a first time dog owner, they had been my Dog’s Dr since she was born , she’s currently about to be 9 years old, they had answered and help me with any questions I had over the years , they had been on top it , I recently had a little scared with my dog where I had to take her to urgent Vet so to them been close , and even they did a bunch of test of my dog they were unable to find the reason was my dog wasn’t feeling well , the next day I call Arlington park Veterinary Hospital her actually Vet , they told me to bring her in , I did and within hrs her Dr was able to come to a conclusion, put her in the right medication and within hrs my baby was back to jump and run around the house , i cnt be more grateful with them , they had been on top when it comes to Dog health I will highly recommend them“

“convenient location that goes above and beyond to provide service and answer questions. My toy poodle was having issues with his back leg and the dr provided options for us and gave us medication to help get through the pains. they are gentle and thoughtful. the nurse is very nice too!“

“I think Eugene and his wife do an awesome job. They're very caring. They only take 2 dogs at a time, which is much better than these other places. That let your dog sit in a cage for hours... I highly recommend this lovely couple.“
