Dr. Brooks is gentle and understanding with animals, ensuring excellent care and support. The hospital manager is also highly professional and helpful, making the overall experience positive. Clients highly recommend Forest View for future vet appointments. The team at Forest View are compassionate, flexible, and truly just great people to deal with. They care about pets and are just as curious and concerned to find out what's wrong as the owners are. The office is well equipped for its smaller size, and prices are reasonable. Many clients say they love Forest View because they truly care, give good advice, and take wonderful care of their pets, including puppies and cats recovering from procedures like teeth extraction.
My wife and I switched to Forest View Animal Hospital a few years ago, back when they were still located off Huntington Road in Hoffman Estates. One of the main reasons we made the change was because it had become nearly impossible to get our dog, Winston (a 7.5-year-old Cockapoo), into our previous veterinary office.
From day one, Forest View has been incredibly accommodating — from the front desk staff, to our primary veterinarian, and especially the office manager, Suji Kim. Winston used to shake uncontrollably and practically beg to leave our former vet’s office, but now he is genuinely excited to go to Forest View and see his new “friends.”

I would like to start by saying huge thanks to the staffs at this clinic.
Suji clearly loves animals -- she asked detailed questions about my cat’s symptoms, took notes, and was super friendly the whole time.
Dr. Lee really listened when I explained my cat’s long-lasting diarrhea issues. I actually went in ready to do a blood test or fecal test, but after doing a thorough basic exam, he told me I didn’t need to spend money on unnecessary tests and just prescribed the right medication for my cat. He was incredibly kind, honest, and ethical, which I really appreciated.

I had a wonderful experience at Forestview. The entire staff was so friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in.
What I appreciated most was their honesty—I asked if a fecal test would be helpful for my cat, but after the exam, Dr. Lee explained why it wouldn't actually be necessary or helpful in this specific case. It’s so refreshing to find a clinic that prioritizes the animal's needs over just charging for extra tests. I highly recommend Forestview for their integrity and care!
