“I remembered Karl did a great job with my mother's home a while back, so he was the first person I thought to call when I got a new home and needed to get locks changed. He was extremely professional, while also being honest about the existing locks being a better and more secure brand than the ones I had available to change to, so he did a re-key instead. He was even kind enough to run to the store to get batteries for the keypad lock. He was also very thorough, making sure I understood how to program the keypad, letting me try myself, and letting me try the new key on each door as well as make sure the old keys no longer worked. He even updated the locks to all use the same key! Karl will always be our go-to for any sort of lock or key services.“

“After working hours to try and unlock my car that had the key in the ignition and was running, and trying to contacting the police for assistance and was denied, I finally tried contacting a locksmith at 1 in the morning . I researched 24 hour service locksmiths and I contacted 3 different companies I spoke with reps that informed me that they a technician would reach out to me and never did that resulted to them offering an appointment in the morning. I even informed them that my car was currently running and still offered service at 8am or 7am. I called George and was informed that their current technician was assisting another person, and was referred to someone else that also did not answer. When I tried to call back twice my calls were not answered. After almost that the brink of frustration I called George The Locksmith back and thankfully the technician answered and informed me that he is available to assist. Quin came to my rescue and unlocked my car in less than 5 minutes. He even offered me a spare key just for the door because I was having such a stressful night. “My keys did not work at first they were full of burrs and very sharpI bought a wire brush and cleaned them up until I was able to put them into the lock and use them. I even paid the extra to have that done. My money was refunded to me. I will use this service again as to I believe the machine just needs an adjustment.“
