“Kiosk is cool and convenient but i do disagree with being 100% accurate and better than a locksmith. Now recently i used the kiosk and it did not make my key good because im having a hard time opening my door. But its ok no biggie and will used the kiosk again. The only downfall/con about it is the experience with the time it takes for a refund or some type of credit, the process of it, etc. Customer service part of it.“

“The arrival time of the locksmith from KeyExpress Locksmiths was swift once chris made it, even though I was informed he'd be at my location in Highland Park within 40 minutes and the cost would be $60. chris touched base to affirm the details and reassured me he'd be there in the promised 40 minutes. However, he got there an hour later, but to my surprise, the charge was only $65 which he clarified was due to digital billing and was beyond his control.“

“My keys did not work at first they were full of burrs and very sharpI bought a wire brush and cleaned them up until I was able to put them into the lock and use them. I even paid the extra to have that done. My money was refunded to me. I will use this service again as to I believe the machine just needs an adjustment.“
