I remembered Karl did a great job with my mother's home a while back, so he was the first person I thought to call when I got a new home and needed to get locks changed. He was extremely professional, while also being honest about the existing locks being a better and more secure brand than the ones I had available to change to, so he did a re-key instead. He was even kind enough to run to the store to get batteries for the keypad lock. He was also very thorough, making sure I understood how to program the keypad, letting me try myself, and letting me try the new key on each door as well as make sure the old keys no longer worked. Karl is a MASTER locksmith and provides excellent customer service. I had an old, locked safe with an unknown combination. Karl figured out the combination and unlocked it in less than one minute! And, he was SO NICE and would not even charge me! Seriously, where can you find such kind service nowadays? If you have any lock or key issues, please go see Karl.
