I spoke to Karl and he took the time to look up a replacement key lock for my old storm door, which he found out had been discontinued. Instead of selling me a new lock which would be costly, he suggested putting the cost toward a new storm door and even recommended one he purchased for his own house. Great service by Karl, went above and beyond to help me at no cost!!

I would recommend Karlock to anyone who needs anything “ locksmith”!
I highly recommend Karlock. They were very professional, polite and easy to work with. They came to my house, created the correct set of keys for my new lock and inspected my other locks. They brought to my attention that another lock was not secure which they promptly repaired. I will be using Karlock in the future and think you should too.
