Kiosk is cool and convenient but i do disagree with being 100% accurate and better than a locksmith. Now recently i used the kiosk and it did not make my key good because im having a hard time opening my door. But its ok no biggie and will used the kiosk again. The only downfall/con about it is the experience with the time it takes for a refund or some type of credit, the process of it, etc. Customer service part of it.

It was super easy and intuitive to use the self serve machine, took few minutes to make and the keys work perfect, actually work better than original which was surprising, because I’ve never had good luck with getting spare keys made. I chose the “performance cut” and again, these keys work better than original. Thank you for making this process easy.

It was my first time using the KeyMe machine to duplicate my front door key. It was easy to navigate plus there was a voice prompt to guide you through the process. I like the feature to choose your own custom key design. I was surprised to get a 3rd key free as well. Overall I enjoyed using this machine and I would use it again in future.
