Very kind business owner. When he could have charged me an arm and a leg to come and get me into my car he suggested somewhere closer and cheaper. EVEN THOUGH HIS QUOTE WAS REASONABLY PRICED! Humanity and ethics don't come like that! Thank you so much for you generosity and being genuine and humane!
Steve was reasonably priced and went above and beyond my expectations. He not only provided and programmed a replacement fob/key for my Infiniti, he also troubleshooted what was wrong with my other fob so I have two fully working sets now. He was a pleasure to work with and I'll definitely be calling him for any future locksmithing work
What an amazing experience! When you accidentally lock your keys in your car, we didn’t expect to walk away from that with big smiles! From the moment we called it was one of the best customer service experiences. Price was right and he hits it out of the park with kindness. We wish we could give him more stars!
