Ordered a key with a chip for a Nissan Rogue 2014 at the Kiosk Salem, NH).Recieved the key and dongle within 3-5 days.During install I noticed that the Rogue was not listed on the model choices.I called technical support and they said Oh yeah we don't support that model.Yet I was able to order it. Sketchy.

They sent me a locksmith from "Cheap-Locksmith MA" who charged me over $760 to replace two doorknobs with keys. My doorknob did not have a lock/key. It was just broken. He said he did not have a doorknob w/o a lock, then charged me $249 for one. He then asked me if I would like to have the lock match the turn lock above it. I said OK, thinking it was part of the $249, then he charged me an extra $170 for that. He sold me a "medium security doorknob". Not sure what that means. It's a regular doorknob. I now know I could've gone to Walmart and purchased two doorknobs with keys for under $50 and installed it myself. He then said he wasn't going to charge me the $120 lockout...read full review

The keys I made at the kiosk did not fit my locks. I sent an e-mail asking for a refund and got a quick reply saying they are sorry and will refund me in 3-5 days. After almost two weeks, I had to ask again because there was still no refund. This time I got the money on the second day only -30%. I don't even ask why because it's a waste of my time. I do not recommend better and cheaper to do at Home Depot
