“Kiosk is cool and convenient but i do disagree with being 100% accurate and better than a locksmith. Now recently i used the kiosk and it did not make my key good because im having a hard time opening my door. But its ok no biggie and will used the kiosk again. The only downfall/con about it is the experience with the time it takes for a refund or some type of credit, the process of it, etc. Customer service part of it.“

“The arrival time of the locksmith from KeyExpress Locksmiths was swift once chris made it, even though I was informed he'd be at my location in Highland Park within 40 minutes and the cost would be $60. chris touched base to affirm the details and reassured me he'd be there in the promised 40 minutes. However, he got there an hour later, but to my surprise, the charge was only $65 which he clarified was due to digital billing and was beyond his control.“

“Karl came and repaired a dead bolt lock the same day that I called. Also, as he left, he noticed my front door handle wasn't working. He stayed to repair that too (not part of service call). This is above and beyond service something you don't see that often. I definitely recommend Karl if you have the need for a locksmith.“
