Asked for a very unique key to be duplicated and I met him at this shop, he spent the time to look up the correct blank, had it in stock and cut it in SECONDS! Visually, it looked accurate and clean. Tried it out and success! Worked like a charm ... SMOOTH! Highly recommend Karl and Karlock! I will be using him next time I need assistance!“

“After working hours to try and unlock my car that had the key in the ignition and was running, and trying to contacting the police for assistance and was denied, I finally tried contacting a locksmith at 1 in the morning . I researched 24 hour service locksmiths and I contacted 3 different companies I spoke with reps that informed me that they a technician would reach out to me and never did that resulted to them offering an appointment in the morning. I even informed them that my car was currently running and still offered service at 8am or 7am. I called George and was informed that their current technician was assisting another person, and was referred to someone else that also did not answer. When I tried to call back twice my calls were not answered. After almost that the brink of frustration I called George The Locksmith back and thankfully the technician answered and informed me that he is available to assist. Quin came to my rescue and unlocked my car in less than 5 minutes. He even offered me a spare key just for the door because I was having such a stressful night. Quin really made up for the terrible service and experience I was having last night. If you need assistance I HIGHLY recommend Quin because he will make sure that you will be taken care of. “Making a new key was delightfully easy! I was concerned at how well the key would function once I tried it in the lock, but it worked perfectly. Their advice to file off the key edges with the brush provided after it was made was very helpful.“

“My keys did not work at first they were full of burrs and very sharpI bought a wire brush and cleaned them up until I was able to put them into the lock and use them. I even paid the extra to have that done. My money was refunded to me. I will use this service again as to I believe the machine just needs an adjustment.“
