From the front desk to the back of the house, everyone was professional, kind, and welcoming. “I didn't know what to expect, but it certainly wasn't a boutique experience. I needed a compression garment after a lumpectomy and radiation. When I saw "medical supply store", I expected something very clinical. Benchmark is the opposite, with warm, caring, and personal touches. I was shown several options, fitted expertly, and shown how to adjust/care for the bra and padding. I wish *everyone* going through breast cancer had access to a place like this.“

“I was very happy with my 1st appointment. The staff was very warm and welcoming. The doctor was thorough with my physical and explaining my medical plan. I also appreciate that the office is for Medicare patients only. I was also impressed with the fact they have a driving service that will pick you up and take you home. I'm losing my vision and I'm not able to drive anymore I'm not blind yet but my vision is declining and I really appreciate that service. I was also helped with picking my Medicare plan that was best for me. I also want to point out that I had to do lab work and they have a laboratory on site that's Sweet!!!! I really am happy with Oak Street health and that I tried it. I had mixed feelings about it I was hearing negative things about it but I'm very impressed and happy I tried it out!!!!!“
