From the front desk to the back of the house, everyone was professional, kind, and welcoming. There was a young lady at the front desk who helped me right when I walked in, I didn’t catch her name, but she was extremely helpful and made a great first impression. I also want to give special thanks to Paula and Fatima, who made me feel completely at ease throughout my visits. They explained everything clearly, were patient, and genuinely cared about how I felt. ( I would like to think so ??) Honestly, this has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. “I didn't know what to expect, but it certainly wasn't a boutique experience. I needed a compression garment after a lumpectomy and radiation. When I saw "medical supply store", I expected something very clinical. Benchmark is the opposite, with warm, caring, and personal touches. I was shown several options, fitted expertly, and shown how to adjust/care for the bra and padding. I wish *everyone* going through breast cancer had access to a place like this.“

“NBC is a wonderful facility that meets the need of all clients. Some of the classes the center offers includes individual OT, PT, personal training, and Speech therapy services as well as group classes. The Rock Steady boxing class taught by Nick are fantastic. Nick makes sure that everyone in class feels included and adapts skills and exercises to meet individual needs. Nick goes above and beyond each and every day. All of the service providers encourage clients in a positive and nurturing way, while working to achieve their goals. When entering NBC center you feel a sense of community from everyone from the reception desk to providers to administrators to fellow classmates. I feel very fortunate to be part of NBC.“

“I've used Dr Atia for both of my procedures was completely satisfied with both of them. Nurses where kind and no problems administering my IV. Everything went smooth and Dr went over the pictures immediately after the procedure. Yes the wasn't a big fancy hospital but served it's purpose. They didn't try to gouge my insurance or myself with extra charges. I very satisfied with everything.“
